Canned Messages / Responses

IMsupporting fully supports "Canned Messages"
Think of canned messages like canned laughter. You can predefine messages that you can use quickly
as a response to a user question.

 

Why would I use them?

- You / Your company can have a pre-defined set of company agreed answers to give your clients.
- Helps save time if you say the same thing over and over.
- Users recieve consistent company messaging and support.

 

How do I set them up?

Once your logged in under the Admin account ( you cant edit these if your an operator )
click Edit next to Canned Responses on the left hand side.

Enter your canned message and click create.

Any new chat sessions that are opened will now have your new canned message in its list of messages.

 

Who can use them?

You and your operators can.
