Live chat operator accounts

What are they?

Operators are the accounts your staff use to access the system
These accounts have limited access so no changes can be made.
Operators also cant change their alias, So create their username as you would like your clients to see them.

 

How much do these accounts cost?

They cost NOTHING, The accounts are free.
You may create as many accounts as you wish.

 

How do I create one?

Just click Edit on the main admin console. or click HERE

 

How come I can see the password I enter?

Passwords are encrypted and are not decryptable. We show you the password so
you can ensure the password is set to what you desire before its created.

 

How can I reset someones password?

Simply just delete and recreate the user. As before, Passwords are not backward decryptable,
so there is no way for us to mail you the password that was set before.

 

My operators cant login.

Operators must login via the http://admin.imsupporting.com page and not via the main page.
They also must click the operator box.
For security reasons operators get put into a different environment to normal admin users.
